Privacy Policy — Tend

This Privacy Policy explains how the Tendapp ("the App"), published by Pony That Limited("we", "us", "our"), handles your information. In short:Tend keeps your data on your device. We do not have servers, accounts, or trackers, and we do not collect or sell your personal data.

What we collect

Habit data (stored on your device). The habits you create, your daily completions, reminders, categories, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This data is shared between the App and its Home Screen widget through a private app container on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

No account. Tend does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or any personal identifiers to use it.

No analytics or tracking. The App does not include advertising, third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Purchases

Tend Pro purchases are processed by Applethrough your Apple ID. Apple handles all payment information. We never receive or store your payment details, card numbers, or billing address. We only receive confirmation from Apple, via Apple's StoreKit, of whether you hold an active Tend Pro entitlement, so the App can unlock Pro features on your device. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Data you export

The App lets you export your habit data to a file so you can back it up or move it to another device. Once you export a file, you control it and are responsible for where you store or share it.

How your data is used

Because your habit data stays on your device, we do not access, analyse, or use it. It exists only to power the App's features for you.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only third party involved in the App's operation is Apple, which provides the App Store, in-app purchase processing, and the operating system services the App runs on.

Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual habits within the App, or remove all data by deleting the App from your device.

Children's privacy

Tend is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
